I-430 starts at I-30 Exit 129 in southwest Little Rock, right next to the Love’s at Exit 128, and runs north through west Little Rock. It passes Stagecoach Road (where US-70 leaves), Colonel Glenn Road, and Shackleford Road, meets I-630 at Exit 6, then crosses Rodney Parham and Cantrell Road before the Arkansas River bridge. On the north side it reaches Crystal Hill Road and ends at I-40 Exit 147.
Trucks use it to skip downtown between I-30 and I-40, and delivery trucks use it to reach the retail, medical, and office areas along Chenal Parkway, Shackleford Road, and Cantrell Road.
