Why mobile repair fits Little Rock
Little Rock is where I-40, I-30, and I-57 come together, so a huge share of Arkansas freight passes through or stops here. How a service call works
- You call (501) 263-2565. Tell dispatch where the truck is, what it is, and what’s going on.
- Dispatch sorts it out. We work out what help the truck needs and which parts may be involved, and give you an estimated arrival time. If it clearly needs a shop, you’ll hear that right then.
- A mechanic drives to you. Shoulder, truck stop, yard, dock, or jobsite.
- Diagnosis and repair on site. The mechanic confirms the problem and makes the repair whenever it can be done where the truck sits.
- You get rolling again. Ask for an itemized invoice for your maintenance file.

How we approach roadside repair
- Be honest about what can be fixed on site. Some jobs need a lift and a building. Saying so early saves you hours.
- Fix the cause, not the code. Clearing a fault and sending the truck down the road just sets up the next breakdown.
- Pick up the phone. A 24/7 service only counts if someone answers at 3 a.m.
